Human Resource Needs RoadmapThe Human Resource Needs Roadmap project resulted in funding from the SIA and SIA Board Companies for Undergraduate Engineering Programs. Both the Undergraduate Research Assistants Program and MOSIS were funded by the SIA and SIA Board Companies from 2001 - 2003(URA-Third Year Assessment  ). The Undergraduate Research Assistants Program is continuing with funding from other sources. Companies having a common interest in supporting undergraduate education as it relates to microelectronics are invited to join this effort.
The SRCEA also manages the Simon Karecki Fellowship Fund,
which is funded by donations from contributors.
Fellowships and/or prizes are awarded annually through the SRC/NSF Engineering
Research Center for Environmentally Benign Semiconductor Manufacturing
at the University of Arizona.
