SRC Education Alliance (SRCEA)

The SRCEA was created to help provide for the long-term development of human capital for the semiconductor industry and to provide a financially viable vehicle for industry participation in this venture. To accomplish its objective, the SRCEA works in conjunction with participating organizations to design and implement programs to attract outstanding students to disciplines of interest to the semiconductor industry.

The SRCEA is classified as a 501 (c ) 3 non-profit foundation under the federal tax code which may provide a significant tax incentive for companies to participate in programs with longer-term benefit. Both companies and students profit from the close association between industry and academia fostered by the programs of the SRCEA. Companies with a common interest in microelectronics-related educational programs are invited to contribute to the ongoing work of the SRCEA. Tax-deductible gifts as determined by the Internal Revenue Service may be designated for specific programs.
